MISSION
Creating and facilitating equity, inclusivity, and visibility for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ peoples through arts, media, and economic opportunity.
VISION
A world where BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ peoples have a key to every room, a seat at every table, and where every child—regardless of race or gender—gets to say, “I SEE ME.”
CORE VALUES
ALWAYS CREATING EQUITY
Here at MASS EPIPHANY STUDIOS, we are driven by a single goal: to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and to make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.
We will be the example we want to see in the world by committing to the following tenets:
We are as much a community organization and training facility as we are a production company. We actively recruit BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ professionals and artists and provide opportunities to have their voices heard and amplified.
We will build and maintain a team member structure consisting of a majority of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ peoples. Specific focus will be given to positions at the executive level, as well as providing training and jobs with an equitable wage to those that would otherwise be denied because of their past transgressions or socioeconomic status.
As the foremost “community production company” in the nation we will be investing in, producing with, and helping build up the community around MASS EPIPHANY STUDIOS and the
V.O.I.C.E. VOCATIONAL ACADEMY.
We actively work toward establishing trust with the surrounding neighborhoods through ongoing engagement, education, training, and job prospects in an effort to lift underserved communities out of poverty and into prosperity and opportunity.
We are a home for the unheard, a megaphone for the marginalized, a place that provides purpose for its people, and an environment of inclusivity and action through art.
